Voice notes on the product page
Shoppers hear the review, with a written transcript under it that you can correct. Photos and videos come to your admin with the review. Voice and video are on the Growth and Pro plans.
A message after delivery, or a QR in the box
On paid plans, Kudavo asks a few days after Shopify marks the order delivered, from your own WhatsApp number with your approved message. On any plan, a QR code on an insert card opens the chat with the question ready.
Nothing goes live without you
Every review waits in the Kudavo admin inside Shopify. Listen, read, fix a transcript, then approve or reject.
- Thank every reviewer with a coupon code, whatever they rated. Reviews that earned one are labelled on your store.
- Customers who do not want review requests opt out in the chat and are never asked again.
- Import the reviews you already have from a CSV file. They do not count towards your monthly limit.
- Star ratings use Shopify’s own rating fields, so they show on collection pages in most themes, with the markup search engines read.
